Gloomy afternoon, cheerful artists

Here is 6th hour Art 1 working away on this gloomy afternoon. Students are working on Outlandishscapes - unrealistic landscapes painted realistically - in chalk pastel. A few are working on the weekly sketchbook, and a couple are finishing up clay. Art is the perfect remedy for a gray day!

First Hour hard at work!

Here is a fun panoramic of first hour, which is a combined class or Art 2 and Advanced Art 2. The Art 2 students are working on grid enlargement self-portraits and the Advanced Art 2 students are working on corrugated sculptures. What a nice way to start the day!
